Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase, or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of shipping error.
Please note that your bank may choose to hold your refund temporarily while it is being processed. Your refund should be reflected on your credit card’s statement within 5-15 business days following approval.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs and providing a tracking number for all returns.
RMP will processes your return within 48 hours upon receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed, or altered items, or for items that are marked Final Sale.
-Your package must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS.
-It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to RMP with tracking confirmation for your return postage.
-You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from RMP .
-All items can be exchanged for one of equal or lesser value for free.
-If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or if you receive an item that was damaged during transit, we will reship your order at no cost to you. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item. All reshipment requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days.
